Description

During the year of 2024 I had quite the bit of free time. A friend of mine was really wanting to get into working out and asked me to make a sort of workout plan for them. I originally wrote out the boring lists of each day and exercises for each day. It then dawned on me that I can make these workout plans both fun for me AND my friend. They would give me the theme for each day so I cooked with what I was given. Some of these illustrations took me up to 8 hours to complete while others were a lot shorter. Either way I had fun making these and feel free to take these workouts for yourself as well. I charge 200$ USD per workout used (just kidding).
